State Governors across the nation are moving to minimize the transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout their regions. This includes Maryland, where eTrepid is headquartered. On March 12th, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan released a statement with the latest in the virus’s effects and the state’s response. We would like to let you know we are following changes closely, acting responsibly and in line with the Governor’s request. In the process, we are making the necessary arrangements to support our clients during this transition.

Within the next few weeks, we will be providing services remotely, only coming onsite with your permission in cases that may require on-scene solutions or have a critical need. If immediate support is needed, we encourage all clients to visit eTrepid.com and utilize the chat function. This feature is available via any mobile device and will provide you a direct link to our eTech Team. If you currently do not have a Managed IT Services provider, contact us for a brief conversation on ways we may be able to help support your company.

The eTech Team asks for your patience as we work to set up clients who may not be properly prepared for the occurring changes, do not traditionally work remotely, and as the volume of support calls increase. However, to provide you with continuous support, we want you to know we are adding extra resources to the eTrepid chat function.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together during this unpredictable period and thank you in advance for working with us to ensure everyone’s safety and success during the COVID-19 health crisis. For the latest information and updates regarding COVID-19 please visit The World Health Organization (WHO) or The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
