Taking the Pledge to Remain Safer

Written by etrepid | May 14, 2020 9:58:17 PM

The time has come! "Stay at Home" Orders are being lifted and converted to "Safer at Home" Advisories. While this is great news, we understand there may be many changes that occur as you work with your staff to once again become fully operational.

Meeting Expectations

As a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) infection's trending decline, stage one of Maryland’s Roadmap to Recovery will take place. Effective Friday, May 15th at 5 PM, Maryland will lift the “Stay at Home” Order converting it into a “Safer at Home” Public Health Advisory.

  • Retail stores can open with up to 50% capacity and strong safety precautions in place.
  • Curbside pickup/delivery is encouraged.
  • Manufactures may resume operations with some limitations regarding employee shifts and work proximity.
  • Personal services such as barbershops and hair salons may reopen with up to 50% capacity and take clients by appointment only.
  • Service providers such as pet groomers, car washes, and others may also reopen.
  • Religious establishments may hold services but are encouraged to hold them outdoors or fill buildings up to 50% capacity with strong safety measures in place.

More information can be found on the Maryland Governor Larry Hogan website. We advise you to seek out these regulations to ensure you are in line with guidance orders provided for your area. As previously released, the eTrepid team will be working with you as things slowly get back to what we remember as normal. In the process, we promise to take the “Back to Business Pledge” as we move forward.

Take The Pledge

As previously mentioned, we will start moving towards regular operations within the next few days including site visits. Keeping the health of your staff and clients in mind, each business will be contacted to gain permission for our eTech Team members to come on-site before they arrive on the premises. Our team will also continue to wear personal protective equipment including gloves and masks, include regular sanitizing habits, as well as practice social distancing while working. We will do everything in our power to follow the Roadmap to Recovery presented by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, as well as abide by regulations within various U.S. states and globally as needed. Yet we will do it with these notions in mind. Will you take the pledge with us?

What do you think?

We understand getting back to what we were used to may take some time. Everyone has been doing what they can to remain operational or think of innovative ways to remain relevant to customers in a time where they may not be able to directly serve them. We will continue to do our part and hope we met all your needs throughout the outbreak of this Global Pandemic. If you have any suggestions on how we may improve, please email us so we can take your thoughts into consideration as we move forward and work to enhance our processes. If you feel, we have done a good job working with you during this time, please leave us a review. We would love to hear from you.
