eTrepid’s Status Update

Much has changed within the last couple of months and everyone is eager to establish what we would consider a “new normal.” Although we have had to stretch ourselves, employees, clients, and families, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel. We have seen several states soften mandates allowing establishments to slowly reopen. As the nation’s Governors discuss opening their areas, we would like to take a moment to share our plans to fall in line with the presented options.

eTrepid’s Current Status

Currently, we remain fully operational primarily providing remote support and remote project services to customers during this time. Our persistence in keeping you at the forefront of our operations has led to a ticket resolution rate of over 100%, as well as an overall customer satisfaction score of 4.98 out of 5 within the last 30 days. Additionally, we have joined our partners to provide free services to businesses in need through our eTrepid free support public offer. As forced changes resulting from the Corornavirus (COVID-19) occur, we will remain persistent in doing our best to meet your needs.

What’s Next?

We continue to see regulations slowly lifting in various states around our nation. At eTrepid’s headquarters in Maryland, there are conversations around what the next steps for reopening the state may be. As regulations begin to ease, we remain ready to jump into action adopting precautions in an attempt to reopen our offices and our team will once again begin visiting locations to preform general check-ins.

In the process, several precautionary measures will be taken with the health of your staff and clients in mind. Prior to each visit, you will be contacted and must grant permission before an eTech Team member can arrive on the premises. In order to remain compliant with state regulations, our team will continue to wear personal protective equipment and practice social distancing.
